 Dear friend, You can now request an invitation for the event taking place in Barcelona, Spain on March 11, 2012.
How The Invitation Process Works: - If you'd like to attend an event, you can request an invitation by clicking on the event's "Request an invitation" button.
- After you submit your email address, you'll receive a message in your inbox asking you to verify it and to fill out or edit a brief user profile.
- WOPG will email invitations in the coming weeks according to availability.
- If you receive an invitation, you will need to confirm or decline your attendance.
- If you confirm that you're coming, you'll receive a confirmation email to print out and take to the venue.
The Fine Print: - Invitations not confirmed 24 hours before the event's start time will be cancelled; if you would still like to attend, you'll have to resubmit your request.
- You will be able to check the status of your invitation at any time.
- Invitations are extended only to individuals, not groups; you will need your own email address to receive an invitation.
- If you want to sit with friends or other invited guests, simply pick up your tickets as a group. Make sure to bring a photo ID.
- If you select “Other” under Special Needs, you’ll need to write the Helpdesk at events@wopg.org with more information or they will not be able to accommodate your request.
