Australia Floods

 

Our hearts go out to the victims of the massive flooding in the Brisbane area of Australia, including Ipswich. A news article on the TPRF website gives details of the damage and TPRF’s offer of the Ivory’s Rock Conference Centre (IRCC) as a refuge for victims. We don’t know yet whether the IRCC will be needed, but it remains available.

TPRF and Ivory’s Rock Foundation are exploring other avenues of assisting in this disaster, such as promoting the Queensland Government’s Flood Relief Appeal. Donations to the Appeal go directly to impacted people and can be made at: http://www.qld.gov.au/floods/donate.html or through TPRF.
