To record a speaker's intervention or a debate from the list of subjects, click on the speaker or subject of your choice.
Then, press the red record button.
Clicking on the speaker or debate coming after the one you wish to record will start the recording process.
Stop the recording by clicking on the green Stop button.
Accept the general terms and conditions and type your e-mail address in the input field. Fill in the captcha field with the letters you see in the image and click on 'Send'. A link containing the video clip will be sent to your mailbox.
For 24 hours, your clip will be available to download and save to your computer by clicking the URL link found in your email.
To cancel your choice and try again, press the Cancel button.
