Light Your Candle A TPRF supporter offers this personal message about the campaign: Most of us have celebrated holidays or other significant events with the lighting of candles. There is a compelling beauty in a display of candles that seems to be universally moving. Recently in the midst of such a celebration, I woke up this morning thinking that each $10 gift to Food for People is like one more candle in a magnificent display. Each time one of these candles is lit, a real light of hope is kindled in the life of a child. It’s a beautiful thing to behold, and it’s even more beautiful when you know that one of those candles is your own. Some candles are all too brief. But enjoying the warmth and the glow of these TPRF candles of hope is something we can do together, globally, for a very long time. Steve Kowarsky
